Colorado Learning is striving to do business via an efficient paperless system. As with many businesses and schools we are striving to save you/us time, toner and trees.
Upon receiving your communication via the Contact Us page we will email and advise our Application will be sent via DocuSign. The Application will be sent from DocuSign, the global leader in secure online document support solutions. Please ensure you check all our email folders for our email and from DocuSign.
Our application can be completed in full online via DocuSign and in a matter of minutes. After the application is completed, we will send you an email asking for your support material.
Colorado Learning accepts all support material documents via email.
Please send via email and as an attachment: Resumes (as a Word document or in rich text format). Please do not send resumes as PDF’s, copies of licenses, cover letters, letters of recommendation or any other support materials beyond your application itself to the following address…

Part of our paperless push involves minimizing faxes. In order to move documents in a more secure and rapid fashion, we (and schools) prefer to use email.

If sending something via U.S. mail, please send regular mail only. Please do not send correspondence to Colorado Learning via registered mail, certified mail, express mail, or overnight mail. Items sent in this manner do not come directly to us and must be picked up at the Post Office Service Desk.
Since we focus on helping serve your needs during business hours, we do not want to have to spend time waiting in line at the post office. We would much rather spend that time helping you achieve your goals in the field of education. Please advise us via email or phone if you are sending an item via U.S. mail.
